Cardiologist
Dr Alosha Singh
Dr Singh is a female Cardiologist with particular expertise in atherosclerotic heart disease, heart failure and echocardiography.
She received her MBBCH from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2007 and completed her internship thereafter at King Edward VIII Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal and community service at Kimberley Hospital Complex in the North West Province. She went on to complete her first speciality in Internal Medicine at Wits in 2014 and trained in Cardiology at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, attaining her certificate in Cardiology in 2017.
After completing her fellowship, Dr Singh worked briefly at Netcare Union Hospital in Alberton before joining Professor Peters on the Westrand of Johannesburg. She provides various services along with a talented team of professionals.

Professor Ferande Peters is an experienced clinical cardiologist with expertise in echocardiography, interventional cardiology, valvular heart disease and cardiac intensive care.
Previously, he practised as a cardiology consultant at Baragwanath Hospital between 2008 and 2017. Here, he served as Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory.
In addition, he ran the valvular disease, pericardial and adult congenital clinics. He has published more than 60 papers in international journals and 19 textbook chapters in international cardiology textbooks.
